ALBEMARLE COUNTY, VA — The Albemarle County Police Department is celebrating the graduation of five new officers from the Central Shenandoah Criminal Justice Training Academy’s 150th Basic Law Enforcement Academy. The department extends a warm welcome to these new members who have demonstrated exemplary skills and dedication throughout their training.
The recent graduates include:
- Lauren Daly, who served as the squad leader.
- Hunter Harmon, who excelled as the top performer in firearms and ranked second academically in his class.
- Bryce Owens, who achieved the second-highest score in firearms.
- Tyler Walls.
- Kyle Zuviv, who distinguished himself by scoring the highest in the class academically, setting a new state record for the highest test score.
The Albemarle County Police Department is proud of the achievements of these officers and looks forward to their future contributions to the community.
