Delaware Drug Store Robbed at Knifepoint

Wilmington, DE – The Delaware State Police are investigating a knifepoint robbery that occurred last night at a Walgreens in Wilmington.

On Saturday evening, troopers were called to the Walgreens store on Philadelphia Pike in response to the incident.
The suspect, described as a white male in dark clothing, demanded money from the registers while brandishing a large knife at an employee.

The suspect then left the scene with an undisclosed amount of cash.
