Homeless Man Targeted Women in Multiple Attacks in Brooklyn

BROOKLYN, NY – The NYPD announced the arrest of Mouhamed Diallo, a 29-year-old undomiciled male, on charges of second-degree assault. The arrest occurred on Thursday at 6:00 PM within the 60th Precinct. This development is part of an ongoing effort to address violent incidents in the borough.

On May 5, at approximately 4:50 PM, a 72-year-old female was assaulted at the corner of 4th Avenue and 96th Street. The assailant, described as a male around 5’11” tall with a dark complexion and slim build, struck the victim from behind, causing severe injuries.

The elderly victim was transported to Maimonides Medical Center with head injuries but was in stable condition.
