Philadelphia Police Seek Public’s Help to Locate Suspected Serial Retail Thief

PHILADELPHIA, PA – The Northeast Detective Division of the Philadelphia Police Department is calling for public assistance in tracking down a suspect linked to multiple retail thefts in the city. The suspect, 47-year-old Damon Fletcher, who also uses the alias Alex Soto, is currently wanted under an active arrest warrant.

Fletcher, whose last known address was on Stearly Street, is implicated in at least eight retail theft incidents within the Northeast Philadelphia area. Due to the severity and frequency of these crimes, local law enforcement is keen on apprehending Fletcher to prevent further incidents.
