Mays Landing Man Arrested for Eluding Police in Hamilton Township

HAMILTON TOWNSHIP, NJ – On Monday morning, Jordan Berman, 25, from Mays Landing, was arrested by the Township of Hamilton Police Department. The arrest took place in the Harding Lakes development at around 6:12 AM.

Berman was wanted for two separate incidents of eluding police, both involving reckless, high-speed driving that endangered public safety. These incidents occurred during traffic stops on March 25 and May 26.

Following his apprehension, Berman has been charged with two counts of eluding, in addition to hindering apprehension and obstruction. He is currently held at the Atlantic County Justice Facility.
