Two Teens Robbed at Gunpoint in Dumfries

DUMFRIES, VA – Late Wednesday night, police were called to the intersection of Cherry Hill Rd. and Thoroughgood Dr. to investigate a pair of armed robberies. According to authorities, two 18-year-old men were targeted by several masked individuals who emerged from a dark-colored vehicle with tinted windows.

The first victim was forced to hand over his phone and camera after being confronted by the assailants. He managed to escape from the scene shortly thereafter. The second victim, upon refusing to comply, faced the suspects who then brandished firearms and seized his jewelry, shoes, clothing, and phone.

The suspects fled the scene rapidly in their vehicle. Fortunately, there were no injuries reported. Police have yet to provide additional details regarding the description of the suspects.
