BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD – Baltimore County Police Department has issued a critical missing person alert for 63-year-old Joanne Ellen Hammel. She was last seen Monday at 1:30 p.m. in Pikesville. Hammel is described as 5’2″ tall and weighs 130 lbs. She was wearing an orange sweater, a multi-colored shirt, and cream-colored pants at the time of her disappearance.
