Late Friday night, at 11:45 PM on June 28, 2024, off-duty NYPD School Crossing Guard Eslam Abdelbaky, 27, was arrested within the jurisdiction of the 103 Precinct. He faces charges including Making Graffiti, Obstructing Governmental Administration in the 2nd Degree, and Possession of a Graffiti Instrument.
