Young Man Injured In Baltimore Shooting

BALTIMORE, MD – A 20-year-old man was wounded in a shooting incident that prompted a response from Western District officers to the 1900 block of Mckean Avenue around 5:00 p.m. on July 5. The shot spotted alert led officers to the victim, who had sustained a gunshot wound to the thigh.

Medics quickly transported the victim to a local hospital, where he is being treated for non-life-threatening injuries. Western District Shooting detectives have taken over the investigation and are actively seeking information from the public.
