Maryland UPS Worker Stole Packages, Sold Them At Pawn Shops

GAITHERSBURG, Md. — A former UPS employee has been arrested and charged with multiple counts of theft after allegedly stealing items from packages she handled and selling them at local pawn shops.

The suspect, identified as 26-year-old Adela Beatriz Orellana of Hyattsville, was taken into custody following an investigation by the Montgomery County Department of Police.
