PHILADELPHIA, Pa. — A progressive top prize-winning ticket worth $320,559 for the Pennsylvania Lottery’s BBQ Bucks game was sold at a retailer in Philadelphia, according to an announcement made on Wednesday. The winning ticket was purchased at the Shell gas station located at 2901 West Abbotsford Avenue.
The retailer will receive a $500 bonus for selling the winning ticket. BBQ Bucks is a $10 Fast Play game that offers progressive top prizes beginning at $150,000. The Fast Play tickets are printed on demand from a Lottery sales terminal or self-service touch-screen vending machine, providing instant results without the need for scratching or waiting for a drawing.
Players can check if they’ve won by reviewing their ticket or by scanning it at a Lottery retailer or using the Ticket Checker feature on the Lottery’s Official App. Winners of top prizes are advised to immediately sign the back of their ticket and contact the Lottery at 1-800-692-7481.
Prizes must be claimed and tickets validated before winners can be officially identified. According to the Pennsylvania Lottery, Fast Play prizes must be claimed within one year of the ticket purchase date.
