BRICK TOWNSHIP, NJ – Moderate tidal flooding is expected through Sunday in Brick Township, prompting officials to issue both a coastal flood advisory and coastal flood watch. The advisory is effective through Friday night, with the flood watch covering Saturday and Sunday.

Residents in flood-prone areas are advised to move their vehicles to higher ground to avoid potential damage. Several locations have been designated for this purpose.

The designated parking areas include Angela Hibbard Park, Edmund Hibbard Park, Windward Beach Park, Midstreams School, and the overflow parking lot across from Brick Beach III on Route 35.

Authorities urge residents to take necessary precautions and monitor weather updates to stay informed about the flooding situation.
