$35K Take 5 winning ticket sold at Ithaca Wegmans

ITHACA, N.Y. — A Take 5 player in Ithaca won the top prize of $35,021 in the New York Lottery’s Nov. 2 evening drawing. The winning ticket was purchased at the Wegmans located at 500 S Meadow St, according to lottery officials.

Take 5 draws numbers from a field of 1 to 39, with daily drawings held twice, at 2:30 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. The Ithaca ticket matched all five numbers in Saturday’s 10:30 p.m. drawing to claim the full prize.

This recent win continues the excitement around New York Lottery games, with Wegmans shoppers in Ithaca celebrating their local store’s lucky streak. Top-prize winners have up to one year from the draw date to claim their winnings.
