BROOKLYN, N.Y. — A 45-year-old Brooklyn man was arrested and charged with second-degree murder Monday in connection with the fatal stabbing of a woman and the injury of a teenager inside an East Flatbush residence, police said.

Officers responded to a 911 call at approximately 9:28 p.m. Sunday at 942 East 81st Street, within the confines of the NYPD’s 69th Precinct.
