Pittsburgh store sells $5 million-winning Pennsylvania Lottery ticket

PITTSBURGH, PA — A Pennsylvania Lottery player has won $5 million after purchasing a winning Five Million Fabulous Fortune scratch-off ticket at a downtown Pittsburgh retailer.

The $50 ticket was sold at Chocolate & Chances, located at 2 PPG Place. The retailer will receive a $10,000 bonus for selling the top-prize-winning ticket.

Five Million Fabulous Fortune is one of the Pennsylvania Lottery’s highest-value scratch-off games, offering a $5 million top prize. Prizes must be claimed within one year of the game’s end-sale date.

The Pennsylvania Lottery reminds players that winning tickets are distributed randomly and that all prizes above $5,000 are subject to applicable tax withholding.
