Baltimore, MD — A 20-year-old man was wounded in a shooting Sunday evening on Suffolk Avenue in Baltimore’s Northern District, police said.

Officers responded to the 2800 block of Suffolk Avenue at approximately 7:24 p.m. after receiving a report of gunfire. Upon arrival, they found the victim suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.

The man was transported to an area hospital for treatment. His injuries were described as non-life-threatening, according to police.
