by Local News Report

HARRISON TOWNSHIP, Pa. — A Pennsylvania Lottery Match 6 Lotto ticket worth $620,000 was sold in Allegheny County, hitting the jackpot in Thursday’s drawing, officials confirmed Friday.

The winning ticket matched all six numbers drawn — 1, 14, 28, 35, 42, 47 — and was sold at Bob’s Exxon located at 2602 Freeport Road in Harrison Township. The retailer will receive a $5,000 bonus for selling the jackpot-winning ticket.

The winner has not yet come forward. All Match 6 prizes must be claimed within one year of the draw date, and tickets must be validated before the prize is officially awarded.

Players who purchased online will see winnings automatically deposited after the claim is processed. All retail ticket holders are advised to sign the back of their ticket immediately to secure ownership.

More than 23,100 additional Match 6 tickets also won prizes in the same drawing, according to Pennsylvania Lottery officials.

The $2 Match 6 Lotto game gives players three lines of six numbers per play and a chance to win in multiple ways — once per line and again by combining all 18 numbers on the ticket.

Match 6 Lotto drawings are held every evening. Players may purchase tickets in-store or online, and advance play options are available for up to 26 draws.

The identity of the jackpot winner will remain unknown until the prize is claimed and validated by Lottery officials.
