Sergeant Andres Kim received the Distinguished Service Award for his role in a critical incident earlier this year. His efforts contributed to saving a life, highlighting the dedication and commitment of law enforcement officials in the line of duty.

In a separate incident, several officers from the Fort Lee Police Department were honored with the John R. Rinaldi Unit Citation. The recipients included Sergeant Cory Horton, Sergeant Joseph Zevits, Sergeant Dillon Turner, Detective Nicole Busanic, Officer Carmen Firenze, Officer Andrew Lakawicz, Officer Ralph Liquori, and Officer Daniel Munoz.
