Treasure Hunt jackpot ticket worth $153,009 sold at York County Giant

MIDDLETOWN, Pa. — A Pennsylvania Lottery Treasure Hunt ticket sold in York County matched all five numbers in Wednesday’s drawing to win a jackpot prize worth $153,009, lottery officials announced.

The winning numbers for the Wednesday, March 4 Treasure Hunt drawing were 8, 10, 23, 27, and 28.

The jackpot-winning ticket was sold at GIANT, located at 14635 Mount Airy Road in Shrewsbury Borough. The retailer will receive a $500 bonus for selling the winning ticket.

According to the Pennsylvania Lottery, more than 54,100 additional Treasure Hunt tickets also won prizes in the drawing.

Winners are not known until prizes are claimed and tickets are validated. Players who purchased tickets at a lottery retailer are encouraged to sign the back of their ticket immediately. Treasure Hunt winners have one year from the drawing date to claim their prize.

Treasure Hunt debuted in May 2007 and is drawn during the day seven days a week. Ticket sales end at 1:05 p.m. each day, and drawing results are posted after 1:35 p.m. on the Pennsylvania Lottery website.
