The Lakewood Police Department’s Community Relations Unit played a pivotal role in the organization of the show, aiming to foster trust and respect within the diverse community fabric.

Police Chief Gregory Meyer commented on the difficulty in selecting the winners due to the high caliber of entries. He commended the professionalism and community support that marked the event’s success and anticipated subsequent events.

Participants received goodie bags filled with merchandise, supported by contributions from various donors. The total funds raised, which are yet to be announced, will support local charities aiding children with cancer.
