- KINNEY DRUGS located at 307 Nottingham Rd. in SYRACUSE, which sold 1 prize winning ticket worth $7,767.50
- CFM NO. 33-054 located at 1430 N CLINTON AVE in ROCHESTER, which sold one prize winning ticket worth $7,767.50
- RAMAR FOOD CENTER located at 144-05 243RD ST. in ROSEDALE, which sold one prize winning ticket worth $7,767.50
- MINEOLA SMOKE & CARD located at 428 JERICHO TPKE in MINEOLA, which sold one prize winning ticket worth $7,767.50
- S&B JOY located at 177 W MAIN ST. in SHERMAN, which sold one prize winning ticket worth $7,767.50
Take 5 players with MIDDAY and EVENING draws on the same ticket must check their numbers at nylottery.ny.gov to determine if they have the winning numbers for the corresponding midday or evening drawing.
Take 5 numbers are drawn from a field of one through 39. The drawing is televised twice daily at 2:30 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. A Lottery draw game prize of any amount may be claimed up to one year from the date of the drawing.
