Missing Endangered Person – Miguel Rivera – From the 3rd District

The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a 42-year-old Endangered Missing Person Miguel Rivera. He was last seen at 9:30 A.M., on Tuesday, November 16th, 2021, on the 9XX block of Walnut Street.

He is 5’5″, 220 lbs., heavy build, brown eyes and black hair and was last seen wearing a oversized gray jacket, black and gray stone washed jeans black sneakers and a blue mask.
