Baltimore Police Make Arrest In Quadruple Shooting

BALTIMORE, MARYLAND – The Baltimore Police Department has announced that an arrest was made in a quadruple shooting on April 1st, leaving three dead and one critically injured. 48-year-old Marvelle Worsley of Baltimore was arrested by the Capital Area Regional Fugitive Task Force on Wednesday.

Worsley is suspected of shooting four people, resulting in the deaths of Girard Smith, Charles Murray, and Darlene Briscoe, as well as critical injuries to a 31-year-old female, on April 1st at the 3200 block of Woodring Avenue.

Worsley was charged with three counts of 1st Degree Murder, one count of 1st Degree Attempted Murder, and multiple handgun violations after being taken into custody by detectives.
