GAITHERSBURG, MD – Police have arrested a man for indecent exposure but believe more victims may be outstanding in the matter.
Montgomery County Police have arrested and charged Emmanuel Horton, 35, with indecent exposure, second-degree assault, and fourth-degree sex assault
. On Monday, Horton allegedly exposed himself to customers on an elevator in the 900 block of Thayer Ave. He was located and arrested near the scene. Horton is currently held without bond at the Central Processing Unit.
Police believe there may be additional victims of indecent exposure by Horton who have not yet contacted them.
