NEW YORK CITY, NY – The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s help to locate an individual connected to a forcible touching incident. The incident took place on Friday, around 06:40 am.
A yet unidentified male allegedly approached a 34-year-old woman from behind at the 59 Street MTA ‘4’ train station.
According to the victim, the suspect grabbed her buttocks before trailing her further into the station. He then reportedly escaped down an escalator. The victim was unharmed in the incident.
The suspect has been described as a male of dark complexion, around 5’10 – 5’11 tall, weighing approximately 170-180 pounds, with brown eyes, black hair, and a beard.
His last known attire includes a black t-shirt that says “EVOLVE,” grey pants, and a black backpack. He was also seen carrying an iPad.
