PHILADELPHIA, PA- The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the assistance of the public in locating 58-year-old Richard Williams, who has been reported missing. Richard was last seen on July 18, 2023, in the vicinity of the 1200 block of Ludlow Street.
Richard Williams is described as approximately 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighing around 220 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a grey t-shirt, red shorts, and sneakers.
