NYPD Investigating Scooter Drive-by Shooting

NEW YORK CITY, NY – The New York City Police Department is actively seeking assistance in locating an individual related to a robbery on Saturday, August 5.

At around 5:30 AM, a 40-year-old male was confronted by four individuals on three two-wheeled vehicles near the corner of Webster Avenue and East 173 Street.

A firearm was displayed during the encounter, and in a subsequent struggle, the victim suffered two gunshot wounds.

He was later transported to Saint Barnabas Hospital in stable condition.

The sought individual, shown in accompanying media, is one of the individuals present during this incident, though not the shooter.
