DOVER, DE – Three Dover residents have been arrested following an extensive drug and weapons investigation by the Dover Police Department. Brian Ridgeway, 53, Anthony Bray, 33, and Jasmine Pearson, 24, face multiple charges after a search warrant was executed at a residence on the 700 block of Halsey Road early Tuesday morning.
The Drugs, Vice, and Organized Crime unit initiated the investigation, focusing on the illegal sale of drugs at the specified residence. The search, executed by the Dover Police Special Operations Response Team (S.O.R.T) at 6:00 a.m. on Tuesday, August 15, resulted in the discovery of a 16 gauge shotgun, a .380 handgun, ammunition, 1.2 grams of crack cocaine, 27.6 grams of heroin, drug paraphernalia, and stolen mail and credit cards.
The investigation also linked Pearson to an earlier incident in July 2023, in which she unlawfully used a credit card at two Dover locations to purchase goods. It was determined that Pearson had altered her appearance by dyeing her hair since being captured on surveillance cameras at Best Buy.
Following their arrests, all suspects were transported to the Dover Police Department for processing and arraignment.
Brian Ridgeway was held at SCI with a $3,000 cash bail, charged with possession of a firearm/ammunition by a person prohibited and maintaining a drug property.

Jasmine Pearson was released on her own recognizance, facing charges of firearm possession by a person prohibited, intent to distribute a controlled substance, possession of heroin in a tier 3 quantity, drug paraphernalia possession, and multiple counts of unlawful credit card use.
