Unidentified Man Found Dead from Gunshot Wounds in Brooklyn

NEW YORK — Detectives in Brooklyn are investigating after a man was found dead last night with multiple gunshot wounds.

At approximately 10:01 p.m. on Thursday, August 31, police responded to a 911 call reporting an aided male inside a residence at 418 New Jersey Avenue, located in the 75th Precinct. Upon arrival, authorities discovered an unidentified adult male who was unconscious and unresponsive, with gunshot wounds to his lower extremities.

Emergency medical services pronounced the man dead at the scene.

No arrests have been made in connection with the incident, and the investigation is ongoing.
