Hate-Based Vandalism Investigated on Josiah Henson Parkway Bridge

ROCKVILLE, MD – Detectives are investigating an incident of hate-based vandalism that occurred under a bridge on Josiah Henson Parkway.

On August 27, at approximately 7:53 p.m., officers from the Montgomery County Department of Police – 2nd District Patrol Investigations Unit discovered the graffiti. The vandalism included orange spray paint that read “Club Aryan Excellent,” accompanied by a black swastika in an orange outline and a palm tree.
