Two Shot One Dead In Latest Baltimore Shooting

BALTIMORE, MARYLAND – Two men were shot late last night in Central Baltimore. One did not survive.

At approximately 11:39 p.m., Central District officers, engaged in their routine patrol, were alerted to the sound of gunfire emanating from the 400 block of W. Saratoga Street. Officers conducted a thorough search of the area and uncovered two adult males afflicted with gunshot wounds.

Both victims were taken to a nearby hospital for treatment. One of the adult male victims, aged 35, was pronounced deceased. The other victim, a 26-year-old male, is currently listed in stable condition.

The gravity of the incident warranted the immediate involvement of Homicide investigators, who have assumed control of the ongoing investigation.
