Motorcycle Rider Sought in Philadelphia City Hall Gun Incident

PHILADELPHIA, PA – The Philadelphia Police Major Crimes Auto Squad is working to identify a motorcycle rider involved in an incident near City Hall on Sunday.

The rider, part of a larger group of ATV and dirt bike riders, was caught on video climbing on top of a vehicle and breaking its rear window.

The suspect was confronted by the complainant and subsequently drew a black handgun, which he pointed at the complainant after it fell from his waistband.

The Philadelphia Police Department asked the public not to approach the individual and to contact 911 immediately if they spot him.
