BALTIMORE, MD — Skyla Ryeona Spencer, a 16-year-old, was last seen in the Essex area at 6 p.m. on October 27.
Skyla Ryeona Spencer stands 5 feet 2 inches tall and weighs 115 pounds. She was wearing a black essential hoodie, camo shorts, and orange Nike dunks when she disappeared. Baltimore County Police Department is asking anyone with information to come forward.
