Search Underway for 11-Year-Old Girl Missing in D.C.

TRENTON, NJ – An urgent alert has been issued for 11-year-old Ellen James. James was last observed at the 100 block of 34th Street in Southeast, D.C. just before 8:00 p.m. yesterday evening.

Ellen is identified as a Black female, 5 feet tall, weighing 110 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Her last known attire includes a brown scully, a green coat, blue jeans, and blue slides.
