NYPD Seeks Public Assistance in Identifying Suspect in Lewd Act on Subway

NEW YORK, NY – The New York City Police Department (NYPD) is seeking the public’s help in identifying a suspect involved in a public lewdness incident on a subway train. The incident took place on Thursday, November 2, on a southbound “A” train near the Beach 98th Street station.

According to police reports, at around 4:05 PM, a 19-year-old female was on the train when an unidentified individual exposed himself and performed a sexual act in front of her. The suspect subsequently fled the scene. The victim did not sustain any physical injuries during the incident.
