New York City Police Seek Public’s Help in Identifying Suspect in Forcible Touching Case

NEW YORK CITY, NY – The New York City Police Department is requesting public assistance in identifying a suspect involved in a forcible touching incident.

The incident occurred on a southbound “4” train at the 14 Street/Union Square Station on October 31, at approximately 8:40 am.

A 25-year-old female reported that an unidentified male approached her from behind and inappropriately touched her. The suspect then fled the scene. The victim did not report any physical injuries.

The suspect is described as a male with a dark complexion and a medium build. He was last seen wearing a black hoodie, black pants, black sneakers, and carrying a black bag.

The NYPD is actively seeking any information that may lead to the identification and apprehension of the suspect in this case.
