Multiple Injuries Reported in Frederick Crash

FREDERICK, MD – On November 25, a severe collision at the intersection of W. Patrick St and Hillcrest Drive in Frederick resulted in multiple hospitalizations. Frederick Police Department officers responded to the scene at approximately 1:20 p.m. following reports of the crash.

The incident involved a collision between a 2014 Lexus IS6 and a 2022 Volkswagen Taso. As a result of the impact, the Lexus veered off the road, descending an embankment before coming to a halt in a nearby parking lot adjacent to W. Patrick St.

All occupants of the Lexus were transported to the hospital, with one individual sustaining life-threatening injuries. The condition of the occupants of the Volkswagen Taso was not immediately disclosed.

The Frederick Police Department is conducting a thorough investigation into the circumstances of the collision. Officer Charles Ross, leading the investigation, urges witnesses or those with relevant information to come forward and contact him at 240-344-9731 to assist in the ongoing investigation.
