Baltimore Police Make Arrest In Stabbing

BALTIMORE, MARYLAND – A 29-year-old man was arrested in Baltimore following a stabbing incident that left a 70-year-old woman severely injured in Southern Baltimore on November 27th.

Police responded to a call for an aggravated assault by cutting around 10:06 a.m. at the 500 block of Otterbein Street. They found the elderly woman with a significant laceration. She was quickly taken to a nearby hospital for surgery and is now in stable condition.

Investigations led to the identification of the suspect as William Bowles, a Baltimore resident. Bowles was apprehended at the crime scene and subsequently transported to the Central Booking Intake Facility. He faces charges including Attempted 1st-degree murder.
