Woman Charged for Shoplifting at Hanover Township Gerrity’s

HANOVER TOWNSHIP, PA – Amy Chirico was charged with Retail Theft, a third-degree felony, following an incident at Gerrity’s Supermarket on Sans Souci Pkwy.

The Hanover Township Police Department reported the arrest took place on Monday.

Chirico allegedly attempted to leave Gerrity’s Supermarket without paying for certain items.

She was detained by Loss Prevention Officers at the store. Following her arraignment, Chirico was released on unsecured bail.
