Baltimore Police have made a significant arrest in connection to a shooting that took place in the Northeast District on January 5. A 17-year-old male suspect has been taken into custody for his alleged role in the violent incident.
The investigation revealed that the teenager is accused of shooting a 20-year-old victim on the 1300 block of Woodbourne Avenue. Following the shooting, the victim managed to escape to the 5400 block of Sagra Road, where the authorities were subsequently called to the scene.
On February 14, detectives from the Warrant Apprehension Unit apprehended the 17-year-old suspect without any complications. After his arrest, he was transported to the Central Booking Intake Facility, where he faces charges as an adult for attempted first-degree murder.
