Glen Burnie Traffic Stop Leads to Weapons Violation Arrest

GLEN BURNIE, MD – A routine traffic stop on Crain Highway near Oak Manor Drive has resulted in a significant weapons violation arrest. The incident occurred on March 8, at approximately 1:40 p.m., when officers stopped a blue Altima.

During the stop, officers identified a passenger with an outstanding arrest warrant. The individual, identified as 21-year-old Giovanni Deven Baldassare of Glen Burnie, was taken into custody. A search revealed he was carrying a 9 mm Glock handgun. The circumstances surrounding the damaged property incident related to this arrest are currently under investigation.
