NEW CASTLE, DE — Delaware State Police Troop 2 has issued a Gold Alert for Kerney Howell, a 50-year-old man from Mobile, Alabama, amid growing concerns for his safety and welfare.
Kerney was last seen on March 29, 2024, around noon, after he dropped off his work truck on the 1500 block of Matassino Road in New Castle. He was scheduled to visit family members afterward but never arrived, prompting concerns over his disappearance.
Described as a black male, about 6’1” tall, weighing around 210 pounds, with brown eyes, a bald head, and a beard, Howell’s current clothing description remains unknown.
