Baltimore County Police Issue Alert for Missing 14-Year-Old

BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD — The Baltimore County Police Department has issued a critical alert for 14-year-old Kimberly Rodriguez Valle, who was last seen in the Middle River area. Currently, there is no description available of her clothing at the time she went missing.
