Two Incidents of Sexual Abuse Result D.C. Arrest

WASHINGTON, DC – Detectives from the D.C. Metro Police Department’s Sex Assault Unit have arrested 46-year-old Robert Jermaine Howard, a man of no fixed address, for two misdemeanor sexual abuse offenses. The incidents involved unwanted sexual contact with victims and occurred in Southeast D.C.

The first offense took place on Wednesday, January 18, 2023, at approximately 6:33 p.m., in the 1300 block of Southern Avenue.

The second incident occurred on Tuesday, at approximately 12:55 p.m. in the 400 block of 8th Street. Howard was arrested on Tuesday and has been charged with both offenses.
