NYPD Needs Your Help Identifying a Manhattan Subway Groper

MANHATTAN, NY—An unsettling incident was reported at the 40 Street & 8 Avenue subway station on Tuesday morning, where a 30-year-old woman was assaulted while exiting the station.

At approximately 5:57 AM, an unknown individual approached the victim from behind, groping her buttocks and private areas before fleeing back into the subway station.

No injuries were reported from the incident. The assailant’s whereabouts remain unknown as authorities continue to investigate the case.
