Driver Pulls Gun On Woman After She Complained About Parking in Fire Lane

PRINCE WILLIAM, VA – Local authorities are investigating an incident of firearm brandishing that occurred at the Food Lion on Richmond Highway in Woodbridge. The confrontation initially took place around 2:40 PM on May 27, when a 42-year-old woman approached a driver parked in the fire lane.

During the encounter, the driver exited his vehicle and brandished a firearm. The woman immediately left the area, and no shots were fired. Two days later, on May 29 at approximately 2:58 PM, the victim spotted the same individual in the parking lot and promptly contacted the police.

There was no further contact between the two parties during this second encounter.

Police responded to investigate and are currently seeking additional information to identify the suspect involved in this threatening situation.
