Demarest Resident Arrested for Aggravated Assault and Child Endangerment

Demarest, NJ — Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announced the arrest of Errol D. Daludado, 44, of Demarest, on charges of aggravated sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child. The arrest resulted from an investigation by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office, led by Chief Matthew Finck, and the Demarest Police Department, under Acting Chief James Visaggio.

On Monday, the Division of Child Protection and Permanency (DCP&P) contacted the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Unit regarding the alleged sexual assault of a juvenile under thirteen. The investigation revealed that Daludado sexually assaulted the juvenile on several occasions in Demarest.

As a result, Errol D. Daludado was arrested in Demarest, and charged with two counts of first-degree aggravated sexual assault and third-degree endangering the welfare of a child.
