Suspect Sought in Bronx Shooting

BRONX, N.Y. — The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying an individual wanted in connection with a reckless endangerment incident that occurred within the 25th Precinct.

According to police, the incident took place on Wednesday, August 7, 2024, at approximately 2:58 a.m. near Lexington Avenue and East 116th Street. An unknown male discharged a firearm in the area, but no injuries were reported.

Suspect Sought in Bronx Shooting

The suspect is described as a male with a medium complexion and medium build. He was last seen wearing a black T-shirt, black pants, a blue du-rag, and blue sandals.

The NYPD has released images of the individual and is urging anyone with information on his identity or whereabouts to come forward.

“We are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying this individual,” the New York City Police Department said in a statement.
