CIRCLEVILLE, OH — A Circleville resident named Robert is celebrating a remarkable winning streak after collecting $16,000 on three individual Billion scratch-off tickets purchased at three separate locations in his hometown.
The lucky tickets were bought at Short Stop on East Main Street, Sunoco Circleville on US-23 South, and Kroger on Lancaster Pike. The $50 Billion scratch-off game, which offers a top prize of $1 million a year for 20 years, delivered significant payouts to Robert, making his start to the year especially bright.
After federal and state tax withholdings totaling 28 percent, Robert will take home approximately $11,520 from his combined winnings.
As of January 8, the Billion scratch-off game still has three top prizes remaining, along with many other cash prizes for players to claim.
