Bronx man arrested on murder and weapons charges

BRONX, N.Y. — A 27-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with a fatal incident, authorities said.

Anthony Riser, of 1299 Rodman Place, was taken into custody and charged with second-degree murder, first-degree manslaughter, and two counts of second-degree criminal possession of a weapon.

Police have not released further details about the circumstances leading to Riser’s arrest. The investigation remains ongoing.

Authorities are urging anyone with information to come forward as they continue to examine the case.
